Worship, responding to the love and to all God is to us, causes us to believe that our problems are nothing for Him to solve. Our diseases are nothing for Him to heal. God is the master physician!
Exodus 15:26 — And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.
Exodus 23:25 — And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.
Jesus never told anyone who wanted healing to pray. He prayed and many times He did not pray, but just healed them. He did not tell them to pray because their prayer was not necessary for their healing. Why do we tell people to pray for their healing instead of doing it the way Jesus said to do it? Lay hands on them and the Word of God also tells us to pray for them and not them to pray for themselves.
Of course, God will hear and answer a person’s prayer for his or her own healing. It is a shame that it has to happen and many times it does have to happen because we won’t pray for one another. There are many more recorded instances of healing in the Bible when someone prayed for others than people praying for themselves. It’s time that we start and be consistent in loving one another like crazy!
Miracles happen so that God can be glorified. If continuing with sickness, having the strength to finish the work of your calling glorifies God more than healing you, that is what will be.
Luke 18: 35-43 — And it came to pass, that as he was come nigh unto Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the way side begging. And hearing the multitude pass by, he asked what it meant. And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth passeth by. And he cried, saying, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me. And they which went before rebuked him, that he should hold his peace: but he cried so much the more, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me. And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him, Saying, What wilt thou that I shall do unto thee? And he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight. And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee. And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto God.
"...in the name of Jesus Christ." - Jesus knows your body. He created you. Now, in His name, be healed!
When Jesus said to believe on Me, and some say, "...believe in Me...," the preposition is not the point. The point is to believe that Jesus has the power to do through us now just what He did then.
God wants to replace the sickness in earth with the health of Heaven! Receive your healing now!
